Well, or I didn't come across the right away. Because yeah, tumblr has squee, but it generally tends to be more isolated. Meanwhile on LJ, when I've tried discussing my thoughts on a latest episode, either I'm the only one who replied to the discussion post (or at least replied with something not totally OT past the first commercial), or if it's an entry I've started, nobody replies, and even my friends on LJ who share the same show don't say a word. So that's what I mean. tumblr probably has more, but it's less people coming together and discussion and more... personal reactions being shared.
