One day I just realized that I use math a lot in my daily/weekly life and it was pretty much never an issue when I had to do it. It's mostly basics but sometimes not and I've had to look up formulas to calculate stuff but once I have the formula, I can do it. I had the formulas in math class but couldn't use them at all. It was like my whole being froze in terror the instant I stepped into the classroom and didn't unfreeze until I left again.
