I don't know, I think it's one thing to one your kid to get a job, it's another when you assume just filling out applications will get you one. If they're in the US, it is pretty hard to get work right now. Due to the shitty economy and the fact a lot of places are not hiring a lot of people, because they're going to get fees once the healthcare changes kick in, it's pretty hard to get a job.

There was a news article a week or so ago that said that a large chunk of people had actually given up looking, because it was almost impossible.
