Babysitting a Bully (TW: bullying)

So I babysit for these two kids, mainly the youngest a boy who's like 7. He's okay a little indulged but not that bad. My main problem is his teenage sister. The older sister is spoiled, the apple of her daddy's eye, etc you know the rest. She's also a pretty terrible bully.

She'll be sweet as sugar around adults but when I'm alone with her and her brother she's spiteful, foul mouthed and usually pretty cruel. When I realized this at first I wanted to not watch them anymore because while I got good money for it it makes me highly uncomfortable as a former victim of bullying myself. I kept watching them because I hoped at least I could help protect her brother, because I hate to imagine her babysitting him.

I once caught her sending something really nasty to someone and tried to take her phone (I would have given it back when the parents came home and told them what was going on). But she pitched a fit and threatened to tell her parents and told me to die.

Afterward her parents brushed it off as a misunderstanding and now I'm sure she's still doing it. I once gave something (a small dollar store toy) to her brother because I missed his birthday. A few days later I find out it's been broken. I have one guess who did it. Now I'm hesitant to give him anything.

I just feel really horrible about her victims and i really wish I could get through to her and make her realize what she's doing. She just keeps getting worse and worse.
