it's cold and there's a thunderstorm and the ice cream truck has been driving through my neighborhood playing it's calliope-type music for like an hour. i wish it would go away.

When I lived in College Town, there was an ice cream truck who went down my street pretty much every week regardless of the weather. I did live on a quiet street with a lot of families/kids, not just students with the munchies...

The ice cream truck can't go away until the driver has sold all his drugs though. Unless of course you are lucky enough to live somewhere that drug dealers don't use ice cream trucks as cover. The way to test is to go out and ask to buy "the special" and hold up a fifty. If you get anything other than an deluxe choc chip ice cream and a massive pile of change then you have a dealer-truck.
