Well Jeff Davis said he is and there have been hints but it has never been confirmed in canon, much to my aggravation and disappointment.

Unless it's confirmed in canon, I call BS. I hear constantly about how Sterek is totes canon, so says the all knowing JD, and it sounds like wishful thinking to me.

I don't ship Sterek and I think there are plenty of hints that Stiles is bi. But I've been hoping they'd actually make it textual.
