This is like my thing where I don't like going up or down stairs while carrying a shoulder bag of any kind, because the uneven weight will cause me to twist my ankle and fall down the stairs. D:

It actually might be a bit justified in my case, because I'm just hypermobile enough for it to be a nuisance, and I do twist my ankles all the time. On the plus side, I'm almost immune to the fear/gross-out thing that a lot of people seem to have about joints bending the wrong way. I've freaked people out with the range of motion in my arms and hands on many occasions, but eh. I'm used to it!
