Oh my gosh, someone else who can't touch dishes! I was starting to think I'm the only one who has that problem.

we are not alone! I think there was a tumblr post that was like "yes hello 911 I accidentally touched wet food while doing the dishes I now need my hand amputated" and it had like 10k+ notes. So there's at least 10,000 more like us \o/

Dish-washing gloves. The nice thick ones that come all the way up to the elbows. I don't have a phobia of wet food, but it squicks me the hell out and makes me gag. The gloves are like wet food kryptonite.
