It always delighted me that Delta Burke is married to Major Dad.

I had no idea. This makes me so happy! Also that someone else remembered Major Dad. Loved that show as a kid!

Yes! They've been married since 1989 and Dixie Carter was the maid of honor. I loved that show, too! As I recall, it fell within the limits of my bedtime, so I was able to watch it (along with Evening Shade).
