My English instructor was super hyper this morning in class and invited us to hang out with her during her office hours to watch Adventure Time- so I did.

I went shopping for new workout pants and couldn't find any that fit. Most frustrating.

Went for a bike ride, ended up going to a book sale and a thrift store (where I got nothing), and to the bakery (where I got a huge coffee and a delicious sandwich).

Now I'm just hanging out around the house. It's raining, so things are nice and peaceful. :)

Is she gonna have you write an essay? You should suggest it as an extra credit project.

I would love to write essays about adventure time and get credit for it.

Actually the course theme for the class is anti heroes in television, so we're doing a paper and a presentation related to that theme.
We watched an episode of Regular Show in class for instruction before.
I'm doing mine on The Walking Dead UwU

My health has been surprisingly decent, despite a slightly hoarse throat from karaoke last night (never again doing Foo Fighters' "The Pretender" without warming up with something easier first; doing some Lonely Island to finish out the night probably didn't help), and I picked up some delicious chocolates and lemon soda while I was out... plus some multigrain rolls that sort of make me feel like I'm eating birdseed, because there's millet and sunflower seeds in them, but I am totally cool with that and they are delicious.

First day of my weekend. Cosplay progress was made, video games were played, Tigers are currently winning over the White Sox, so stuff is good at the moment. Hoping saying so won't jinx it.

glad your english class went well--the only reason I went to mine today (I have bronchitis and feel like crap) was because I really enjoyed the reading assignment scheduled to be discussed, but instead we spent the whole class talking about james joyce, who I really couldn't care less about. we got maybe five minutes to talk about the story I liked...what a waste of time. I should have stayed home to rest. worst of all the doctor told me not to exercise while I'm sick so I have no stress reliever. thank goodness it's the weekend!
