I just came here to mention them! But for me it's more that later in the show they just don't interact much. The only scene that sticks out in my mind from 3a was the scene in Derek's loft when they were all planning to get Boyd and Cora out of the vault. And then that episode basically ended with Stiles/Peter anyways. So I still like them, I just ship based on canon interactions and there weren't enough to keep me shipping them through 3a.

yeah, this. on the bright side, the season felt like a goldmine for scott/stiles for me. I started shipping it so hard
