Well... I'm sure it's partially because my views on Gary are quite different (i see him as someone who is sick as opposed to someone that's purely malicious... I'm not saying he's not an asshole... but I view him foremost as a person who needs treatment and a product of a flawed society where illness of the mind is seen as shameful). And I don't believe in evil rapist Gary which apparently half of fandom does.

I also believe that because of Gary's pride, he wouldn't be doing the pursuing. Much like in the game, he would play with Jimmy, but he wouldn't make any direct moves. Jimmy would have to come after him. And there would be moments of "I got you flowers so you have to make out with me now!" "What the hell hell are you talking about? This isn't some romance novel. Now leave me alone, I'm reading
The Prince!" And there would be squabling. And Jimmy would climb all over Gary like a monkey.

Sorry for rambling.
