holy shit... i've never played gaia but i play neopets. that seems so wrong that you can sell cash-bought items for game currency. that essentially means someone could just make an account and become super rich without doing any work. aside from spending real money...

I actually like it better than neopets cash items. I'll never get anything but freebies when it comes to neocash, but I've been able to get a lot of really nice gaia cash items just for gold.

The problem for a lot of Gaia users right now is how focused they are on the cash thing. They're not really putting a noticeable effort into anything else. The theory is most of the income they are getting right now is going onto making the new site they are working on for the 18 and over crowd. -_- IDEK what the hell that's about.
