I think OP is full of shit, but I admittedly don't understand this reasoning. I'm in a sexually-active het relationship too, but I don't think that all het sex and porn is interchangeable. Heck, I don't even think that reading het smut for two different ships is interchangeable. I'm just really confused by the assertion that all het, RL or fanfic smut, is equivalent.
