Yummy fails....

Tried to make rainbow cupcakes today. Failed at making nice neat striped cupcakes. They ended up rather more tie-dyed than striped.

Am currently...uh, "destroying" the evidence of my failure.

The best thing about baking/cooking failures is destroying the evidence, heh.

This reminds me, I've got to attempt those rainbow cake things myself. I see them all over tumblr.

I constantly tell my roommate that it doesn't matter how it looks as long as it tastes good. And anyway, tie-dyed cupcakes are cool too.

I tried to decorate a heart-shaped cookie with icing and sprinkles once, and it was... less than stellar. I then insisted that I was making abstract art before promptly shoving the cookie into my mouth while my friends snickered.
