In all fairness, there are different ways to experience migraines.

Also, I used to assume any headache in the front of my head was sinus-related. (Not unreasonable, I do have iffy sinuses) But it turned out that about 55% of my headaches were eyestrain-related. Turns out that I'd been farsighted since I was a teenager, but I didn't get glasses until I was 23. :/ So I think some people might not know what different kinds of headaches feel like, even if they know what the terms mean.

But yeah, I feel you. My pet peeves tend to revolve around people using the wrong word/using a word while obviously not knowing what it means.
