(note, I may rate my favourite videos on the basis of how many times I've cried watching them while drunk/PMSing. Please keep this in mind and if possible bodily enact one these states while watching this for maximum impact)

"You'll laugh, then you'll cry" is how I saw someone describe it, and I find that pretty accurate. (I didn't even have the excuse of being drunk or PMSing...)
