Sort of related - people who have a diagnosis and feel the need to tell others that they're doing it wrong. "You obviously don't have X because I have X and I know for a fact this is the way it is."

Or using their personal diagnosis for their character meta/stanning. "This character is obviously X because he acts this way and those are all blatant signs of X, which I know because I do the same thing etc etc etc"


And yeah, while I do think you're being a bit generalizing with the migraine thing - some people can function - I know what you mean.
