Kind of related to your peeve since you brought it to mind.

But when friends dismiss an illness of mine it really irks me. you know, I tell them I had food poisoning last night and they'll go "no you didn't" and I'm...what? I don't exactly advertise when I'm ill, but I think I can tell the difference between a stomach ache and food poisoning!

It just annoys me. way to be dismissive friends, but they get food poisoning and it's a big ass giant deal. fuck you
