Well, Hetalia!Ukraine is very poor and constantly trying to make friends with other nations. That could also be the stereotype OP was talking about. That she would use sex to get money because she is a poor woman.

Eastern European women are often stereotyped as prostitutes.
My mother had to suffer from this IRL. She had to change her last name to escape that shit because she kept on getting disgusting remarks and "fanmail" from dudes who asked her how much she would charge. Just because her last name gave away where she was from.

And since almost all people seem to think prostitute=promiscuous...
