This is hysterical! I love that you included Jon Stewart as Stephen's Carlos, and Steve Carell as the Steve Carlsberg replacement. (It would be so easy to fit Jay the intern and Tad the building manager into Night Vale as well. The possibilities!)

So glad you like them!

Stephen's staff go through such Night Valean misadventures. Meg the Intern even died on her first appearance!...though she came back for several more, because they only have a limited number of people to work with. In-universe, they probably have an offscreen problem with intern death as bad as Cecil's =D

When I first decided to give Night Vale a shot I made a point of not looking for fanworks until I was caught up. That was 27 episodes' worth of forming my own visual interpretation. And then I went on Tumblr and looked around and said "WHY DON'T ANY OF THESE LOOK AT ALL LIKE STEPHEN COLBERT AM I SERIOUSLY THE ONLY ONE???"
