Man, I can mark the point at which I had to stop with Travolta and Mel Gibson. For Travolta it was Face/Off (though sometimes I'll watch Swordfish for Hugh Jackman, and Domestic Disturbance for Vince Vaughn). For Gibson: Signs. (That movie still creeps me out, even though the whole "water kills them" plot was thiiiiiiiiiiin.)

I still love the movie Phenomenon. Why'd he have to go crazy? :C

Signs scares me way more than some actual horror-movies, for some reason. But yeah, the ending was weak.

Anything with Gray-type aliens scares me.
