Oh the problem isn't what people think - I couldn't care less what people think tbh - it's that because nobody believes young women shouldn't wear dresses, nobody makes and sells dresses. If I want a dress, I have to get one tailor made, and that's a lot of money. As a matter of fact, the first time I tried to get a dress tailor-made, they got it all wrong and I ended up with a long nightshirt. What a nightmare! The second time, I brought one of my old dresses as an example, and at least it looked like a dress, but I had to get my grandmother to sew on buttons and things. I haven't had a dress since, I'm too scared of wasting more money.
