The problem is, sometimes, a man a woman or a trans*(look at me I'm being tumblr pc) can have some beers in them and also WANT A PENIS IN THEM. And when they get the penis? THEY ARE HAPPY. And the next day, when they wake up? REGRET. THEY HAVE A FUCKING HANGOVER. OH GOD WHY IS THERE SO MUCH NOISE AND LIGHT AND WHY DOES IT ALL HATE THEM PERSONALLY.

But there's drunk, and there's that drunk And maybe sometimes the problem is people have different states in mind when they use that word, but folks who go to "so any amount of alcohol that effects the brain at all is too much" are going to far in most's opinion.
