I went out for dinner with my parents the other day at this really nice restaurant that had kind of an Eastern European, Hungarian thing going on, combined with the whole fresh American thing. It was amazing. AMAZING. The whole meal was incredible, but the highlight was the dumplings at the end - these rich cheese dumplings, with a really delicious savory chicken broth, with chanterelle mushrooms. It was so tender and it had so much flavor. So good.
