No. It's a chicken/egg thing, because it doesn't matter wich came first, since by now both sides are cleary influencing the other. So it's not an argument of which side should change it's view/portrayal of women first. Both need to change, and whoever/whatever takes the first steps, however small, doesn't matter, as long as these steps are taken.
