Re: Uncharacteristic Language

Uhm, well, I tend to be on the producing end of unusually gendered language. I'm a small, young-looking female, and I tend to socialize as vaguely male, and I use lots of "dude", "bros", and "mans." Also "sup" and "heyo".

But as for noticing someone with unusual language-- I have a Korean roommate who's lived in the States for a few years. Every once in a while, she'll drop some neologism with perfect diction and inflection that she clearly picked up from her friends from NYC, which is kind of hilarious and awesome.
