They are, I'm just calling it sex he enjoyed without knowing the whole story. I figure until we develop reality warping magic or reality warping technology we can hold off on calling it anything other that a lazy plot device though.

Even with the gray area sex in Storybrooke, I still think it was clear the first time in the Enchanted Forrest wasn't consensual.
