honestly if regina is considered 'redeemed' in the show before the show's series finale i'm going to be pretty pissed because with the amount of shit she's done she needs to pretty much repent the rest of her existence.

i've also yet to see her actually do anything purely unselfish in nature to redeem herself. everything she's done so far to be good was still influenced by her desire to not lose control (like henry). and no, the 'dramatic self sacrifice to save the town' does not count as a selfless act. it's a lot easier to die and go out with a bang as a 'tragic hero' than it is to admit fault and deal with the consequences of your horrible actions.

i just want to see regina actually have to put in the fucking effort to be good and not some cop-out bullshit, considering the damage she's done. she doesn't actually deserve to be forgive at this point.

she's murdered countless thousands, raped at least one man for nearly three decades, and enslaved an entire civilization for almost nearly three decades.
