So I'm fairly certain you're trolling, but 'sleep with me or die' doesn't register as rape to you? Just because Regina sculpted a new personality and history for him in which he was willingly sleeping with her doesn't mean he consented to her basically rewiring his brain first. Just because mind-control isn't possible in the real world doesn't mean that if it were possible, mind-controlling someone and then sleeping with them wouldn't be rape. It would. Getting someone who refuses to sleep with you drunk until they agree is rape; I'm pretty sure giving someone a new set of memories via mindwipe counts as altering their consciousness. And that's without adding in what happened in the Forest, when she first took his heart. She told her guards 'take him to my bedchamber,' and I'm sorry, but if that's not PG-13 code for rape then I don't know what is.
