Re: Breaking Bad finale [possible spoilers in thread- though none in my comment]

Fuuuck, why am I always late then it counts!

I have to weigh in too and declare HOW much I loved it and how much I was surprised that it was so perfect, from beginning to end. I think it never happened before at this level.

Jesse, I've loved Jesse so much on this show that it was actually bordering on painful during the last episodes, I was thinking about it during the day...! I'll miss his sad pretty eyes.

And Walt is simply the best character I've ever had the pleasure to witness the creation of, along with, say, Ellen Ripley (my absolute life model). I have never loved/hated/pitied/cheered for a character so much as I've done with him, a character who only started to 'live' his life when he got a death sentence. Most fucked up perfect declaration of individual freedom I've ever seen.

It's one of those rare times when I can really say, 'this piece of fiction left me something important' and I'm now better for having seen it and lived through it.

jesus, this was loooong. I have a lot of emotions.
