Vans don't typically have running water.

Psh, running water and showers are super easy to come by, especially in a city. It would be beyond simple for her to shower and just carry all the products and equipment with her in the van.

Really not that hard to stay styling and clean while living in a van or a car or whatever.

Have you never heard of spray bottles? People, like, buy them and fill them with water to spray at their hair when they want to style it and shit. Ta da! You're welcome.

Eh, does that keep it clean and fluffy and shit? Nah.

I haven't seen the show, but does she drive the van around? If so, she could totes just go to a truck stop, they usually have showers. I just finished taking one, actually.
