Personally I would say there's a difference between chiselled/non-chiselled and weak. E.g. Michael Cera would have both a weak and non-chiselled/undefined jaw, the guy in my secret would have a strong(ish) but non(ish-chiselled jaw, and Brad Pitt would have a very strong and very chiselled jaw. For another example, Seth Rogen looks like he has a pretty strong jawline, but it's just not super defined because he's not ripped.
