Write it, get it out of your head, and move on. Seriously, I've tried ignoring my Muse on things I really did not want to write, and I only ended up more obsessed with them in the end.

...you know, if they're OOC, then slap other names on them and write it as original fiction. I'd read that.

This is great advice. Write the fic and see what happens. At a minimum you'll have your mind back, and you might end up creating something really oddball and enjoyable!
