Try looking up bipolar type II. Less severe, still with the swings and other issues.

But remember, you don't have to be positive about your own diagnosis to bring it up to your doctor. If it's something you're concerned about, talk to a professional when you can.

Oh. I just looked at some of the symptoms of manic episodes and "Psychomotor agitation". This happens to me sometimes. I'll chew the inside of my lips raw and I won't even remember doing it! I do have a decreased need for sleep, but that might be all the time for me. I generally spend two hours every night staring at the wall. I am going to get my sister to look at that checklist to see if she recognizes anything, and once I can afford to I am going to a doctor.
