I don't drink too often 'cause it usually involves adjusting my medication schedule so that the alcohol doesn't interfere in a bad way. Anyway, I wouldn't be a proper Pensacola gal if I didn't say Bushwackers. So fucking good and so fucking worth the hassle of med-timing. They're a bitch to make at home, though, so I usually just get them when I'm at the beach. When I'm in the mood for a mixed drink at home, I just stick to making soda/liquor combos and, in the cooler months, hot cocoa mixes. My favorites of those are as follows:

Tropicola:
1 oz. banana rum
1 oz. coconut rum
Add a splash of pineapple juice and fill the rest of the glass with Coke. I don't actually drink this anymore, as I recently developed an allergy to bananas, but I used to love having it while watching Psych.

Crown Royal and Dr. Pepper:
Take some Dr. Pepper and dump some Crown Royal into it. Goes down real smooth.

Grown-up Hot Cocoa:
Add butterscotch schnapps and caramel Irish creme to a hot mug of cocoa, preferably with marshmallows. So very delicious.
