This secret makes me want to watch the show. I know it ended recently, so I should really get on it...

I definitely recommend it.
tbh the fodder titans, although dangerous and cause a lot of death, are not even the biggest enemy. It's the intelligent titans that matter. And later in the manga... there is a pretty terrifying enemy that still gives me shivers.

Oh awesome! I haven't been reading much manga as of late, but it the anime is as good as I hear, I'll have to read it as well.

Seconding the recommendation that you watch it. It's an interesting show, but I will warn you about two things. Most of the characters don't really have plot armor--people you wouldn't expect tend to die. Also, while the show is technically over, it's pretty likely that it's just the end of the first season, so the "end" doesn't feel complete (it's not a cliffhanger, at least.)

And bam, there you have it. Have fun--I'd recommend watching it on crunchyroll.

I have lived through the Game of Thrones and Joss Whedon shows. I am used to my favs dying. As long as there's a second season/not a huge cliffhanger, I'll be okay.

Thanks for the info!
