*spoilers for non-manga readers*

I think the only titan shifter that has scared me is Annie (female titan).

Reiner and Bertholt never really scared me aside from the very first time we see the Armored and Colossal titan. When it's revealed they are shifters we see they are both nervous wrecks who actually came to care about their comrades in some capacity and are just desperate and delusional.

Annie seems more prepared to kill even if I think she still feels guilt she will not compromise.
