So what are some secrets you made or comments you made ABOUT secrets that you felt at the time, but have changed your mind about?

I made a secret that I didn't like Teyla from SG:A. Turns out I just needed to vent or something because the next episode I rewatched, I really liked her and now I really like her period.

Idk, I think it takes a little while for Teyla's character to really grow on people since, at first she's pretty stiff and kind of a stereotype. But once she starts getting away from that she's awesome.

I wasn't a big fan at first either. I certainly didn't hate her, but like anon said, it took a little bit for her to grow on me. You aren't going to fall in love with every character instantly!

People have been predicting the imminent end of the ecosystem for like 200 years, though. Like ever since we started to be able to track weather patterns.

My secret then: I'm sick of how Lewis and Inspector Morse and Endeavour are essentially the same utterly plotless and pointless series, and I'm not going to give Endeavour a chance.

My opinion now: lol I gave it a go and now I don't care about any of these shows much. I only care about the original novels. With just a little additional fondness for Inspector Morse.

I made a secret about how I couldn't stand much more of a fandom friend's pink & fluffy uncut picspams. Now she hasn't posted for months and I am a bit worried about her (she's probably just getting her fluff on at tumblr instead). But I'm glad I didn't actually post it.
