True. Though, I imagine there are asexual people and other people with low drives out there who watch porn for the hell of it. Like, sometimes I watch those porn parody things because they can be really funny, even though they aren't arousing.

I'm asexual and I watch porn just for the hell of it. I really can't even explain it because I have zero desire to do any of the things in it and it doesn't arouse me or whatever but it's just...interesting from an anthropological standpoint I guess? IDK. Like a 'why are these people doing this strange activity?' kind of thing.

I never found visual porn anything but ridiculous. I can go for well written fanfics, though, but they need to have a proper plot and a build up of 10 000+ words for me to actually enjoy the sex scene, and even then it's quite rare.

This is so me. There'd better be so much intimacy and feelings and foreplay or else I'm like "meh."

This is why I can't write fanfic. I'd probably end up putting so much into characterization they aren't really canon by the time we get to the climax.

I'm female, and I don't watch, because I find the video format creepy and weird (I feel like I'm intruding on other people's private time.) I do, however, happily visit tumblrs with lots of photos and gifs of naked people, some of whom are Doing Things, so I guess it's more of a technicality in my case, lol.
