Also, if you have a desk job, and are allowed, you might want to switch to using an exercise ball instead of a chair. It sounds and looks ridiculous at first, granted, and initially it's really awkward... but it does force you to strengthen your core muscles just by virtue of having to adjust constantly to keep your balance while you're just sitting at your desk, and I'm not sure why, but it also seems to alleviate my minor anxiety symptoms. (Full blown panic attacks not so much.) Maybe because my body is too busy with those minor balance adjustments to decide "omg something is out of whack omg let's start freaking out about it".

If you spend a lot of time sitting at home (gaming, computer, TV, whatever), also a good place for it.
