I want to make Matt Frewer play Holmes in a crossover

of Murder by Decree and A Study in Terror. Then it would be a freaky, childish version of Holmes laughing his head off at boring!Ripper murders amongst gore and confusing plotlines.

Because the creators of both films mentioned above have miraculously managed to make decent, slightly dull productions out of the most terrifying crimes of the goddamn century. I actually like Frewer!Holmes more, because he is ridiculous and entertaining. He invokes more sympathy than the Murder by Decree and A Study in Terror versions.

/judgemental dmw is judgemental.

Or, better still, he would be horrified and shaken. That could develop into something interesting.

Yeah, I'm starting to warm up to him, although his portrayal of Holmes is a bit OTT. (But then that's a part of the appeal). <3 His is one of the better versions, certainly.

I have a secret love for Matt Frewer... Well, I hardly ever get to see him in anything but I spent "Honey I Shrunk the Kids" waiting for the neighbor to show up.

(I did buy the Holmes thing very recently though, and I'm looking forward to it.)

Omg, you are me. I recognize him right away in almost anything and usually I gasp embarrassingly. He was in a episode of Supernatural as the Horseman Pestilence and he was super gross but I was still like *swoon Matt Frewer*.
