...and it's treated as a good thing. And not because of sexism/racism/classism, etc. Just because the one character likes being the other character's bitch.

That's my favorite thing about Alucard and Integra from Helling. With all his power and experience, he really loves serving her, he would probably happily describe himself as her bitch (ready and waiting to, quite literally, eat her enemies and turn them into dog shit) and I just love that.

Does Sherlock Holmes and John Watson count? Because seriously...when I was too young to even know what it meant, the way Holmes totally had Watson wrapped around his little finger, and the way Watson totally knew it and openly admitted it in his narration, gave me a major case of Tingly Pants.

Of course, my favorite bits are where the tables are turned, but the exceptions are only awesome because the rule is awesome.

Like "Let him be my master elsewhere, I at least was his in a sick room." Oh Doctor. Please, go on. Tell me mooooooooore.
