The whole point of the 'author chooses not to warn' tag, as far as I can see, is to give the writer an option to let potential readers know there are (or may be) warnings, they are just not going to tell you what they are. So, as a reader, it should be common sense to avoid 'author chooses not to warn' if you have a trigger that may fall under that category.
