I actually managed to sit through enough of church to put my money in the offering and take communion, which has been more sitting up than I've done for awhile. I hadn't even been going to church because sitting for an hour is so rough these days. I really missed it.

Also beat Jabu-Jabu in OoT, and I am happy because that means I don't have to do it again. I hate dungeons like that, they're so gross. :P But now it is done with and I don't have to dread turning on the game next time.

I loved Jabu-Jabu when I was a kid. I replayed the first dungeons over and over again for some odd reason. I can see why you wouldn't like it tho. Being in a giant fish deity belly is pretty yucky. Hope you have fun with the rest of the game :)

Basically I have enough issues with my real life digestive system that I don't like thinking about what's going on inside any real or fictional digestive system, especially if what's going on in there is violence and living creatures milling around. -_-

But yeah, OoT has been fun so far. It's a game I'm sort of ashamed I never really played, even though I have owned it (gold cart!) since it came out for the N64. I just never had an N64 and was unemployed for pretty much the entire N64 era, so the only chance I had to play it was when a boyfriend flew out to visit me on the release weekend and brought HIS N64. But now it's out for 3DS and I can play it while lying in bed and thus have no excuse not to.

So the other night I laid down for a while to try to relax, and suddenly looked up to find it was 12:30am and I'd been playing for like four hours, oops. I think I'm glad I didn't try to play it back then though, because at the time I was still really bitter about how EVERYTHING HAS TO BE 3D POLYGONS NOW. (I'm still kinda bitter, but I've resigned myself to it. :P)

I own the gold cart version of Majora's Mask, but not Ocarina of Time. I haven't played that version in years, however.

I love my 3DS for that exact reason. Playing OoT where ever is the best. I'm so glad I have my hand held or my gaming would be cut down a lot.

I never went through a bitter 3D polygon faze as a grew up with them, haha. But I'm glad to hear you've become slightly at peace with it ;)

I am so hoping they rerelease MM for the 3DS too. Never played that either for the same reason - especially since by that time, I think I wasn't dating anyone anymore, let alone someone with an N64. ;)

It's not so much that I'm at peace with it (Link Between Worlds' graphics sadden me :() but my love for good games and game series means I just have to suck it up (because yo, LINK BETWEEN WORLDS *EXISTS* and that is a good thing).

I do too! I never finished MM as a kid. The 3 day cycle made me angry and I gave up. I'd like to see if older me would fair better.

Mmm. Well at least people still make 8bit games? Steam has some and they're scattered around different console engines as well. They're not dead!

I'm super excited for Link Between Worlds <3 I won't be able to play it until Christmas, but I can't wait. I think going back to their routes, but changing things up is a great progress for the series.

Play MM on emulator! That's what I've been doing. It's great because you can literally save it WHENEVER YOU WANT :D

I have actually never played a emulator game on the comp. But saving whenever sounds nice!

Oh, it's awesome! And it's so easy to do. Just Google "N64 emulator" and "Majora's Mask rom". I use Project 64. It works wonderfully.
