Well, I've had a friend for a few years now who's regaled me with horror stories of her life as a homeless disabled mother. Just now she told me she got a job that she can do from home, really enjoys, is good at, and pays enough for them to snag a decent place to live before 2013 is out.

After a lot of upsetting drama last night, this was awesome news to receive.
