It depends on fandom sometimes. I've been eyeing getting a Bee and Puppycat tshirt because there are some AWESOME DESIGNS on their store on WeLoveFine (it's something like that) and the site also has other fandoms.
There's also redbubble.
A really cool site is Qwertee where they sell a really cheap shirt every day for 24 hours.

I've been window-shopping for shirts on Etsy, lately. I like Nonfictiontees a lot. And also this really boss Videodrome shirt:
