Witches are the new black

I watched Witches of East End last night and American Horror Story: Coven premieres in a couple days. I've always liked media featuring witches so I was excited there are two new shows. East End was entertaining and costars Madchen Amick, who I've always liked. Anyone else watching/planning to watch?

I watched Witches of East End! I care nothing for the inevitable love triangle (all three characters bore me to tears) but I adore the sister and the cop and the mom and the aunt. So. I'll probably watch the second episode. :3

Same here. Love triangles bore me and the other characters are more interesting/fun anyway. I love the aunt.

Sorry to hijack your thread but I just hopefully googled Witches of East End and was super disappointed to discover it has nothing to do with London. I am now craving something about British witches - anyone know of any tv shows or films set in the UK?

the only show I can think of is Hex and that's older. I don't know of any new things with British witches. Sorry.

Haven't watched Witches yet but I plan to give it a try. And I've started watching American Horror Story mostly because I thought the commercials for Coven looked badass and really wanted to see it. I'm enjoying it, though so far I like the first season better than the second. (I'm not far yet though, so maybe that will change.)

I'm excited for Coven though, wheee.

I've never even watched the other seasons of AHS. I always meant to but never have. But witches? Sign me up!

Each season is a self contained story, so you don't have to! I didn't realize that before watching.

Witches are awesome, this is true. That's a good enough reason to me.

I watched East End but it didn't really work for me. I really liked the commercial for Amer Horror: Coven but no way am I wasting any more of my time on Ryan Murphy's projects. So, unfortunately, nothing. I really wanna watch a witch TV show though.

I plan to watch AHS:C when it's done and me and my friend will have a watching party for it :D I'm super excited for it tho. I can never have too much Jessica Lange in my life.
