Published original story!

(Let me know if this isn't allowed, and I'll take it down.)

So my sister published her first original story on Amazon. The basis was a running idea between the two of us for a long time, now, so I'm partly responsible for it's creation. :D As she put it, it's "our little creepy pizza baby" haha wtf.

Anyway, the premise is basically an updated Thee Investigators with twenty-somethings instead of teenagers, and instead of being crime detectives, they're paranormal investigators. Like, if the users of /x/ on 4-chan could go to a detective agency, this would be those guys.

It's a short read, only 77 pages, and it's the first in a metric shit ton of other stories we've concocted.

If you guys are interested, here is the link!

Hey, is your sister doing KDP Select (Amazon only) or does she intend to put it up for sale on other ebook sites? General advice for self-publishers is to get the book out as many places as possible (you can do B&N on your own, but Smashwords will also release to other distributors as well). I ask because my e-book reader is a Nook, and this story sounds right up my alley, but it would take a bit of finagling to get it readable on my tablet. (Buy, break DRM, convert, move over... it's not impossible, it's just a hassle.)

If she does intend to, I'd love to know when it's available on B&N. :)

Heyo-- I'll let her know! I doubt if she thought of these avenues, and if/when she puts them up, I'll send you a message when they're available. Thanks for showing interest, it's super appreciated!
