Yeah. My comment actually had nothing to do with ''fanfiction is bad'' and I'm kind of baffled that that's what you got from it. It's like what the other anon said. FF.net is just a horrible archive to use at this point. And that's coming from someone who used to exclusively use the site. It's just not user friendly anymore. Archive of our Own is way better, way easier, and there's a lot more quality rather than quantity.

But AO3 has a LOT less feedback if you're writing for older or more obscure fandoms. I posted a FF7/Skyrim crossover fic on both AO3 and FF.net. Got a review on FF.net within two hours, got diddly squat on AO3 for two weeks. I know which I prefer.

I find this as well as your first comment somewhat hilarious after the "I prefer FFN to AO3!" secret and discussion we had just the other day. Of course FFN is still a thing, we had a huge thread about this not too long ago!
